ABOUT
Hi! I’m Emily, an Agency Trainer for Thinking Collaborative and a Professional Learning Consultant for GWAEA, who also manages products, projects, and the occasional existential crisis.
By day, I help teams align and collaborate, and I manage complex projects to get things done. By night, I read endless books, watch too much TV, spend time with my family, and boop my dogs’ snoots. I believe in people, adaptability, and doing good—even when the world makes that harder than it should be.

- Took the mic – Spoke at TIC CON and led Zooms for the Tourette Association of America—sharing my insights and helping others navigate the world of self-advocacy.
- Drew lines (literally & figuratively) – Made art for the Marion Alliance for Racial Equity and served as secretary of their board.
- Translated neurospicy – Crafted a variety of accessible disability fact sheets on topics like ADHD, OCD, anxiety & self-advocacy—because people tell us to "speak up," and no one teaches us how.
